These terms govern your use of drsteemers.com and the cleaning services provided by Dr. Steemer in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services and estimates

Dr. Steemer provides carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, mattress, marble, dryer vent, air duct and chimney cleaning for homes and businesses. Quotes given through this website or by phone are free, no-obligation estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed with you before work begins.

Appointments and access

Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including water and electrical access for our equipment. We move light furniture such as chairs, tables and sofas; heavy pieces such as beds, dressers and electronics are moved at our team's discretion or left in place.

The 21-Day Like-New Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the results of a cleaning, contact us within 21 days of the service and we will return and re-clean the area free of charge. The guarantee covers re-cleaning of the originally serviced areas; it does not cover new stains, damage or wear occurring after the service.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, normally on completion of the service. Prices shown or quoted do not include services or treatments that were not part of the original booking.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible using the phone number for your county so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Liability

We take care to use the correct method and products for each material. Pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that make a material unsuitable for cleaning are not our responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
